The Carnival honours the people and institutions who preserve, promote and project Plateau's culture, not as a passing list but as a lasting cultural record.
The 2025 honourees and award categories are being compiled and will be published here as part of the Carnival's permanent record.
Every edition crowns a Miss Culture Plateau who serves as Cultural Ambassador for the Carnival and the State. Past winners and their LGAs will be celebrated here, with the 2026 queen joining them on 13 December.
